• Vale Tudo - free fight (M.M.A)  (Mixed Martial Arts) (With or Without GI) - Adult

1. Boxing (use your fists, feet, knees and elbows, head ... etc ...)

3. Ground fight... Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Submission Grappling-Wrestling ... control your opponent with multiple positions, multiple guards, passing the guards, reversals, sweeps, multiple submissions ( Arm locks, Leg locks, Chokes etc...), Ground and pound 

• Modern Self Defense  (With or Without GI) - Adult

1. Boxing (use your fists, feet, knees and elbows, head ... etc ...)

2. Upright stance control (control your opponent with multiple locks ... Arm locks, Shoulder locks, Elbow locks, Wrist locks, Finger lock, Chokes, Neck crank, Hips locks, Leg locks such as Toe Hold, Calf slicer, Heel hooks, Knee Bar... etc ...)
